A New Way to Retain Legal Services
The Kroll firm pioneered the Personalized Prepaid Program, also known as the "Personalized Pro Per Program", in which a client's personal budget and financial situation is the primary consideration in setting out a legal strategy to solve a legal or personal problem.

Unbundling Services
We can sell you a small unit of consultation time. We unbundle our services for clients who only need a single, simple document or demand letter, or consultation. This program is ideal for clients who, due to economic circumstances or personal preference, will be representing themselves in court, i.e. being "in pro per".

For example, in family law matters, we offer child custody mediation preparation to ensure the client is knowledgeable and prepared for this vital aspect of the custody dispute process.

Some services in this program are now available online!

       Wills and Powers of Attorney

       Calculation of Child Support Payments

       Purchase Intensive Telephone Consultations

A Simple, Clear Agreement
We use a simple client retainer agreement that sets forth what the attorney will do, what the attorney will not do, and the total fee for the purchased service. This allows the client to buy exactly the amount of legal services they need (and can afford) and no more.
