Lawyers are stress reducers. Lawyers must consider the client's needs and desires first. Legal services should be available to people at costs they can afford.
The Kroll law firm was dedicated to providing sensitive family
counselling and legal representation according to the highest
ethical and professional standards. The firm attempted to
work with people of all ages, ethnic and socio-economic levels,
with an eye to providing legal services at an affordable price.
|
The firm volunteered many hours each year to serving the needs
of indigent people, including criminal defendants and other
litigants through the Volunteer Legal Services Program of
Alameda County, the Bar Association of San Francisco and the
Alameda County Superior Court. |
The firm's services were obtainable in numerous ways - by
the hour, by the project, by ongoing replenished retainer
or through our pioneering flat fee The
Personalized Pre-Paid Programsm. We were, until
retirement from the practice of law, dedicated to finding
ways to provide clients with at least the minimum legal services
they need, and with all the legal services they want and can
afford.
We always advised our clients when NOT to use the legal system
when to do so would not accomplish the desired result or when
it would not be cost effective to do so. |
